Faizul Ridzuan
CEO FAR Capital
Faizul Ridzuan is a Malaysian property investor, entrepreneur, and the founder of one of Southeast Asia’s leading prop-tech companies operating across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Renowned for his unconventional rise from poor family to multimillionaire status, founded FAR Capital in 2014, a property tech company that helps property buyers buy better, safer and cheaper properties in Malaysia and Indonesia.
He is also the founder of MAN360, a movement dedicated to rebuilding modern man through strength, strategy, and financial power.
He was born and raised in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, into a working-class family with zero generational wealth. From a young age, life demanded resilience — he took on his first job at just 13 years old. Financial hardship was a daily reality. He vividly recalls moments when hunger pushed him to eat leftover food from strangers at A&W fast food outlets just to get by.
Throughout school, Faizul faced constant rejection — labeled a failure by teachers and dismissed by peers. But instead of letting those judgments define him, he used them as fuel. Against the odds, he earned admission into Universiti Malaya (UM), one of Malaysia’s most prestigious public universities.
After graduating, Faizul started his career in a humble RM600 salary. Over time, he climbed the ranks, eventually earning RM18,000 per month. But material success alone wasn’t his goal. He left the corporate world before turning 35, determined to carve his own path.
Today, he's the CEO of a RM300 million prop-tech empire with operations in Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia.
Faizul built everything he has from scratch—with no connection, no rich family, and no shortcuts. In his words:
“I had RM2,000. That’s all I had to start. But, while I lacked in money, I never lacked in mindset, energy and effort. If you want to be wealthy, you're mind cannot be poor”
His personal goal is to improve and impact 10 million families and donate over 1 billion US dollars before he dies.
